- Mise en place work (preliminary work: preparing products).

- And then enjoying it immensely.

- Be able to handle some pressure (group dinners, etc.).
Extra information
All people who want to become a volunteer are given a short intake in which we first check whether there are also pathway possibilities. During an intake we look at your situation and what you need. Sometimes it becomes clear during the intake that there is a possibility of a participation job (for people who live in the municipality of Groningen, Ten Boer, Haren, Zuidhorn), a reïntegration trajectory or a day care programme.
We might be able to help you with this.
We could guide you, get you ready for a 'regular job', give you work experience and teach you the finer points of the trade. But you could also just work along because you like it; it's your call, it's your experience and your pace.
A paricipation job requires a minimum of a 16-hour working week.
