Job tasks and duties
Wijkoverleg Vinkhuizen, Vinkhuizen's residents association is looking for eyes and ears in the neighbourhood. Journalists who go out to cover the best scoops and special backgrounds. Communication is a main task of Wijkoverleg Vinkhuizen. News can be found on the site www.vinkhuizen.nl, the page Op ’t Vinkentouw in the Westerkrant, the facebook page Wijknieuws Vinkhuizen. We like to keep everyone informed as much as possible. We are looking for people who can help with this.
tasks:
- Write articles about news in Vinkhuizen, articles are about 100 words long.
- Writing news articles independently.
- Write an article at the request of Wijkoverleg Vinkhuizen: for example, a report on a walk-in evening about RingWest.
- Take catchy photos with the articles.
- Deliver approximately 1 to 2 articles per week.
Minimum education level: basisschool
Job skills and qualities
- Access to a computer/phone with internet connection
- Inquisitive and willing to approach people.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Somewhat computer literate: be able to deal with email, Word and jpeg files.
