You get to see hidden places in Groningen, the working environment is relaxed and there are several volunteers involved in the city's petting zoo. We meet at least 4 times a year with all the volunteers. We offer you the opportunity to make your own interpretation of your job. It is possible to gain work experience with us.
Job tasks and duties
The bees of the city beekeeping may get more attention. Will you take care of that? Can you maintain a facebook page, are you familiar with instagram and can you post videos on our youtube channel? Then we warmly welcome you!
Job skills and qualities
- You are able to translate the story of the city's lime farm into photos and videos for social media and or you can post them on fb, instagram and youtube. You are proactive and think about how best to get the story out there.
- You are proactive and think about how best to get the story out.
- You enjoy transforming information well into images and also look for the right tone to reach audiences.
- You are open to collaboration and you understand the sensitivity of privacy and know how to handle it in a pleasant way.
- You are very interested in the life of bees and find it meaningful to get this story out.
- You are willing to delve into urban beekeeping and the life of bees.
