Activity support assistant COSIS The Cornaline

COSIS supports people with intellectual disabilities. De Kornalijn is a residential location in Vinkhuizen. It houses 24 people, from their early 20s to their early 80s. A mixed group, with different levels and sometimes with additional disabilities. There is also day care for people from the neighbourhood.

• Shopping and cooking with residents.
• Sports with residents in the exercise garden.
• Activities with residents, such as shuffleboard night.
• Other common activities.

• You are reliable and well-groomed.
• You have a sense of dealing with people who have disabilities.
• You must be able to work independently.
• You are available at least 16 hours a week.
