Job tasks and duties
As a volunteer at ZINN, you are indispensable for increasing the well-being of the elderly. The volunteer work is very diverse; from taking a walk, accompanying at an activity to having a cup of coffee together or reading the newspaper.
Are you looking for volunteer work in Groningen and does elderly care appeal to you? We are regularly looking for new volunteers who want to reinforce the group of enthusiastic volunteers.
As a volunteer, you can help with:
- Support residents while cycling and/or walking.
- Supporting creative, cultural and musical activities of WelZINN.
- Several tasks in a cosy living room of care wards.
- As a church volunteer within our spiritual care.
Job skills and qualities
- You are enthusiastic, committed and people-oriented.
- You are able to work independently and have initiative.
- You like being there for others.
Extra information
ZINN residential care location De Brink is a modern residential care centre in the Helpman district of Groningen. Thanks to the restaurant with a wing and a Grand Café there is a lot of space for meeting people in the modern building where there is room for 200 residents.
