Through volunteers, we can offer a variety of activities to residents of ZINN. ZINN pays attention to the development of volunteers. ZINN offers various expense allowances and ensures you are insured. We treat you to an end-of-year gift, offer pleasant and informative meetings and the opportunity to follow training free of charge through ZINN.
Job tasks and duties
As a volunteer at WelZINN's sociable activities, you will have a variety of tasks. For example, together with other volunteers, you will ensure that everything is set up and that the residents receive a cup of coffee or tea when they enter. During the activity, you will ensure that the activity runs smoothly and that the residents are happy and receive attention. Afterwards, together with other volunteers, you make sure everything is cleaned up and you close the activity together.
We are still looking for new volunteers for the following activities:
- The Merry Nut / musical morning (Monday morning).
- Bingo (Tuesday afternoon).
- Musical performances (every other week on Sunday afternoons).
Job skills and qualities
- You are enthusiastic, committed and people-oriented.
- You enjoy being there for others.
- You enjoy working with groups.
- Experience with the target group is not necessary, you will have the opportunity to gain this experience while volunteering.
Extra information
WelZINN offers a comprehensive programme focused on the well-being of older people. There is a focus on art, music and culture. We organise recurring activities, organise theme weeks and participate in various projects. Volunteering within elderly care is incredibly diverse!
