Job tasks and duties
At ZINN location De Zuiderflat you can work as a volunteer:
- You can help with various tasks in a living room of a care unit.
- You can shape 1-to-1 contact with a resident.
- Assisting while cycling and/or walking.
- Aiding during organised activities of WelZINN (such as the creative afternoon or bingo).
Job skills and qualities
- You have an affinity for the elderly.
- You are committed, sociable and patient.
- You re people-oriented.
- You are reliable and have a great sense of responsibility.

ZINN is the organisation for high-quality, personal (home) care, living and welfare for the elderly in Groningen, Haren and Hoogezand. Nearly 3,000 employees put their heart and soul into caring for clients inside and outside our locations every day. The Zuiderflat is a senior citizens' flat in the green de Wijert-zuid district in Groningen with a total of 110 flats. ZINN provides care and nursing to 34 residents on two floors in the Zuiderflat. They have their own flat. We provide care to people with dementia and people with a somatic condition. The residents experience Zuiderflat as a nice, quiet location and share the flat with tenants from the other floors.
