Issue coordinator (Saturday)

• Daily management in the shop (Saturdays) (other additional days by arrangement).
• Start work with basic package bags for new customers to prepare. 
• Measures temperature in refrigeration and freezer and notes on list at beginning and end of day. This list is handed in to administration on a monthly basis. In case of problems, this is immediately passed on verbally to the management.  
• Helps sort when food arrives and assesses what can still be spent and what cannot.   
• Takes products to the shop along with issue volunteers. 
• Nots down the number of customers per day, and determines how much can be taken according to family composition, writes this on cards for the shelves/cooler.
• Consults with the fruit and vegetable coordinator (BL) on the quantity of fruit and vegetables and how many there are in the refrigerator for distribution.
• Fills the shop, if necessary and if there is enough to hand out.
• Answer questions from customers and volunteers about e.g. products over date / THT / TGT date.
• Engages with customers who make difficulties and/or are angry. If necessary, company management is asked to intervene.  
• At the end of the issue, tidying up and cleaning up.
• Food left over can be given to volunteers, but not what is purchased.   
• Requires volunteers for cleaning canteen, toilets’s (including office/canteen toilets’s).
