Job tasks and duties
- As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for people who call Mamamini.
- You work in a small team, you are a kind of calling card for the whole of Mamamini through your work.
- You have many contacts inside and outside the company.
- You answer customers' questions, transfer calls and take sick notes.
- In addition, you call people to schedule a pick-up or drop-off appointment.
Job skills and qualities
- As a customer service representative, you have computer skills.
- You are customer-friendly and somewhat stress-resistant.
- In addition, you speak good and clear Dutch and it is useful if you also speak a little English.
- Finally, you are willing to work on Saturdays from time to time.
