Job tasks and duties
- You are the 'business card' for the WIJ location.
- You are the first point of contact when people walk into the meeting room of the WIJ location.
- You welcome the visitors and put them at ease.
- You ask the visitor if they have a question or an appointment and then refer/take them to the waiting room.
- You provide visitors with coffee and tea if necessary. You also take care of a neat, clean meeting area.
- You organise or attend activities.
Job skills and qualities
- You are hospitable.

- You are able to communicate easily with different audiences, from young to old.
- You are a good listener and have an open attitude.
