Would you like to do something for someone else in your spare time? Would you like to gain experience in elder care or use your experience? And are you also looking for sociability? Then read on quickly! 

Attention to one another gives life sparkle. Everything we do at ZINN starts with attention. Volunteers play an indispensable role in this! For our six locations in Groningen, Haren and Hoogezand, we are constantly looking for new volunteers for various departments and activities. Volunteers offer attention and a listening ear, and undertake various activities with the residents.

As a volunteer, you can join the various creative, musical and social activities (such as flower arranging, chair yoga, bingo and the musical afternoon). Your tasks as a volunteer vary, such as serving coffee, picking up and dropping off residents or helping with the activities. You can also play a role in the living room, for example by cooking for the residents.

Together we will discuss your wishes and explore the possibilities. You can start working as a volunteer at ZINN from just a few hours a month! It is important to us that you are enthusiastic and involved in the well-being of elderly people and can work independently. You are also sociable, patient and put the needs of the resident(s) first.
