By collaborating with WerkPro, we offer workplaces for people distanced from the labour market. Volunteers are also very welcome! We could guide you, get you ready for a 'regular job', give you work experience and teach you the finer points of the trade. But you get to say it, it's your experience and your pace.

Job tasks and duties
- Welcome guests and explain the menu to them.
- Taking orders.
- Serving drinks and food.
- Checkout with the cash register system.
- Clearing the tables.
Job skills and qualities
Social behaviour (customer-friendliness) towards guests and being able to work together is a plus. After all, you are the face of de Prael!
Extra information
All people who want to become a volunteer are given a short intake during which the wishes and possibilities are discussed beforehand. Depending on your situation, we also look at whether there are also trajectory possibilities. Sometimes it becomes clear during the intake that there is a possibility of a participation job (municipality of Groningen, Ten Boer and Zuidhorn), a reïntegration trajectory or a day care placement. Ultimately, what matters to us is that we can both be satisfied with how we fill your workplace
.A participation job requires a minimum of a 16-hour working week.
