The employee secretariat performs all common activities for the Food Bank City of Groningen. About 5 employees work at the secretariat spread over Mondays to Fridays. We are looking for an employee who is available 1 or 2 half-days a week on Fridays, or days in consultation. Operating hours: 08.30 - 12.30 hrs

Job tasks and duties
- Mail and mail handling.
- Answering the switchboard.
- Maintaining the clientënt system, volunteer roster and driver roster.
- Creating transport vouchers.
- Intake, introductory interviews with new clients.
- Archoring documents.
- Making posters for activities.
- Sending cards.
- Maintaining calendars in Outlook.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
- Experience with software applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Accurate.
- Able to change gear quickly.
- Stress-resistant.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible working hours (e.g. replacement if a colleague is sick).
