The employee secretariat performs all common activities for the Food Bank City of Groningen. About 5 employees work at the secretariat spread over Mondays to Fridays. We are looking for an employee who is available 1 or 2 half-days a week on Fridays, or days in consultation.  Operating hours:  08.30 - 12.30 hrs

Job tasks and duties

  • Mail and mail handling.
  • Answering the switchboard.
  • Maintaining the clientënt system, volunteer roster and driver roster.
  • Creating transport vouchers.
  • Intake, introductory interviews with new clients.
  • Archoring documents.
  • Making posters for activities.
  • Sending cards.
  • Maintaining calendars in Outlook.

Minimum education level: mbo

Job skills and qualities

  • Experience with software applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Accurate.
  • Able to change gear quickly.
  • Stress-resistant.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible working hours (e.g. replacement if a colleague is sick).
