Job tasks and duties
- Preparation of cooking; mise en place under the supervision of an experienced chef.
- Cutting, baking, cooking, plating.
- Preparing products for sale in the shop; soups, sauces, pesto etc.
- Working according to HACCP guidelines, or hygienic cooking, so also cleaning activities.
- A participation job requires a working week of at least 16 hours.
Minimum education level: lbo/mavo/vmbo
Job skills and qualities
- You are an amateur chef yourself.
- You like to get things done.
- Physically able to stand and walk a lot.
- Able to work well with others.
- Reasonably stress-resistant.
- Customer-friendly and hospitable.
Extra information
Deployment is in consultation.
The restaurant is open on Fridays.
During the week, groups regularly use the Buuf including lunch or dinner.
