Job tasks and duties
As a receptionist, you are the business card! Hospitality is our top priority. You are jointly responsible for reception tasks such as:
- Making and processing reservations .
- Reception of guests .
- Small administrative tasks such as processing mail and post.
- We are a parcel point so duties also include handling parcel receipt and collection.
- Serving breakfast is also an important task.
- In a participation job, you work a minimum of 16 hours a week.
Job skills and qualities
- Do you speak English and/or German? Super! Can't do this? No problem either. We will work this out together.
- Working with computers is an advantage but not essential. One of our colleagues can of course teach you. The reservation system we use will also be explained to you. No need to worry about that.
Extra information
Wijkhotel Stee in Stad aims to provide small-scale original overnight accommodation in the Korrewegwijk neighbourhood. It does this with volunteers from the neighbourhood and participants from WerkPro. The main aim of WerkPro is to shorten the distance to the labour market or improve the living situation for various target groups.
