Job tasks and duties
As a receptionist, you are the calling card! Hospitality is our top priority. You are partly responsible for reception tasks such as:
- Creating and processing reservations.
- Receiving guests.
- Small administrative tasks such as processing mail and post.
- We are a parcel point, so handling parcel receipt and collection is also part of the tasks.
- Serving breakfast is also an important task.
- In a participation job, you work at least 16 hours per week.
Job skills and qualities
- Do you speak English and/or German? Great! Can't you? No problem. We'll figure this out together.
- Working with computers is a plus but not necessary. One of our colleagues can of course also teach you this. The reservation system that we use will also be explained to you. You don't have to worry about that.

Wijkhotel Stee in Stad aims to offer a small-scale, original overnight accommodation option in the Korrewegwijk district. It does this with volunteers from the district and participants of WerkPro. The main goal of WerkPro is to shorten the distance to the labor market or improve the living situation for various target groups.
