The Riepe is commissioned by the WerkPro foundation and carried out by Studio SpinLink, a young, dynamic multimedia studio in Groningen. Our mission is to offer creative people with a distance to the labour market a chance to work (again). With us, you can work on your creative interests or talents in a safe environment.
In addition to administrative work, it is also possible to combine your work with, for example, editorial work (writing articles) or other work at De Riepe, thinking about/editing texts for flyers, folders, magazines, websites and social media.
Cooperating with Studio SpinLink is a great opportunity to get back into a work rhythm, to get to know other creative people and to gain work experience.
Job tasks and duties
Do you have a heart for the underexposed side of society and would you like to contribute with your administrative skills?
For De Riepe, we are immediately looking for an administrative assistant. De Riepe is the monthly street magazine for the north of the Netherlands and informs readers about topics that live on the streets. De Riepe – the Groningen word for pavement – thus tries to narrow the gap between homeless and ‘ordinary’ citizens.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications.
- Agenda management.
- Preparing agenda for meeting(s).
- Notifying
- Archiving.
- Administrative actions.
- Maintaining contacts.
Job skills and qualities
Every Monday, the editorial meeting takes place from 10am-12pm. Further hours and working days by mutual agreement.
