Workshop facilitator

From January 2023, GRID Graphic Museum Groningen will be temporarily housed in the former fire station in Haren. From here we operate weekly. “De Druktemaker” is a museum print shop on wheels, through which we give theme and/or heritage lessons, lectures and workshops on location (schools, care institutions and community centres). The showcases, drawers and cupboards contain objects from the museum én materials for the workshops in graphic techniques. A mini museum cum workshop will be built on site. 

• You will travel weekly to schools (primary and secondary schools), care institutions, community centres and festivals to give workshops (e.g. Werkman-technique, linocut, bookbinding).
• You work together with colleagues’s in a passionate and enthusiastic team.
• As an employee, you will guide young and old during the workshops.
• This vacancy can also be filled as a participation job for at least 16 hours a week. 

• You are available for at least 2 half-days a week. 
• You have an affinity for working with children, adolescents, adults and special target groups.
• You are creative.
• You have an interest in graphic techniques.
• You have a hands on mentality.
