You will be working in a fun team of volunteers in a vibrant neighbourhood in perhaps the nicest community centre in Groningen.

Job tasks and duties

You'll process all incoming reservations for the community centre's halls and meeting rooms and manage the agenda. You answer our customers by phone and email. You order lunch from our partners, if necessary, and consult with the manager on occupancy and catering. You check the invoice files and work with the manager and the accountant. 

Job skills and qualities

  • Good language skills.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Customer-friendliness.
  • Accurate.
  • Able to work with Outlook, Word  and Excel.
  • Able to work with Canva is an advantage.
