During this special day, the Hortus transforms into a lively cultural meeting place. As a volunteer, you will find yourself in the middle of this energetic atmosphere, where many people come together. Thanks to your efforts, visitors can enjoy the renewed Chinese Garden.
Job tasks and duties
On Saturday 17 May 2025 there will be an Open Day at the Hortus botanicus in Haren. We are celebrating that the Chinese Garden has been refurbished. It will be a festive day full of activities, workshops and special performances. To make this event run smoothly, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us!
You can help with one or more activities such as: setting up and dismantling, directing traffic, supporting catering, hosting or supervising etc.
