FestiValderAa is an intimate festival that takes place in the beautiful Drentsche stream valley landscape near Schipborg. For three days, this area is transformed into a vibrant meeting place where lovers of theater, art and music come together for a unique experience. That is why we are looking for volunteers every year to experience FestiValderAa with us!
To ensure that the site is transformed into a beautiful festival site, we work with an enthusiastic team of volunteers on the construction the week before the festival. Are you a real go-getter and would you like to experience FestiValderAa 'behind the scenes' during the construction and/or dismantling week? Then come and help in team 'Powerhouses'!
The festival is from July 4 to 6, 2025. The construction starts on June 30 and the dismantling is from the end of the festival until July 9, 2025.
Job tasks and duties
As part of the construction team, you will help build up and break down the festival locations.
The tasks are very diverse and each day is therefore different: building stages, placing fences, among other things.
You can decide for yourself how many days you will participate.
Job skills and qualities
- You like to roll up your sleeves.
- You enjoy doing physical tasks and being outdoors.
- You are sociable and enjoy working together.

What do we offer you?

- With two or more shifts: free access to the festival site.
- With two or more shifts: overnight camping.
We would love it if you come by bike! Coming by car? There is plenty of parking space. There is also a bus service (it is a 30-minute walk from the bus stop).
