Job tasks and duties
We are looking for an autistic volunteer who wants to coordinate our online discussion groups.
At Autisme Digitaal, six online discussion groups are currently running via Teams. Each group has a discussion leader, you do not have to do that. You are responsible for the further coordination of the discussion groups.
What are the tasks?
- You ensure that the discussion leaders do their work and support them where necessary.
- You have contact with participants when they register and if problems arise later.
- You participate in the monthly coordinator meeting via Teams (1 hour).
- You hold intake interviews with new discussion leaders and train them. You are present at their discussion group the first three times.
- You help think about the development of an internal course for discussion leaders.
- You coordinate the development of new discussion groups and the evaluation of completed groups.
Job skills and qualities
- You can work independently, without anyone reminding you what to do.
- You can communicate well verbally and in writing about the work.
- You want to learn to lead in a voluntary context or have experience with this.
