Job tasks and duties
- Developing an action plan for the volunteer policy.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive induction program for new volunteers.
- Establishing clear communication regarding recruitment, registration, and guidance.
- Maintaining administrative matters related to volunteers.
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments within the Hortus.
- You report to the director or manager.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
- Experience with coordinating plans and organizing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect teams and individuals.
- An eye for diversity within the volunteer group.
- Clearly assign responsibilities and initiate processes.
- MBO/HBO level and an affinity for volunteering in green environments.
