Job tasks and duties
As a fundraiser, you will be involved in raising funds for a wide variety of projects at the Hortus Haren. You will write catchy proposals and take them further within the organisation. In addition, you will advise on possible opportunities and help convert these into concrete results. With your enthusiasm and insight, you contribute to realising our ambitions and maintaining the unique value of the Hortus.
We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for putting the right text on our site for donors.
Applications for funds ranging from a few thousand euros and more can be substantiated.
Want to help obtain funds for, for example, the restoration of the Celtic Garden and the Laarman Garden.
Job skills and qualities
The fundraiser:
- Has experience or interest in fundraising.
- Will/can take responsibility for putting appropriate texts for donors on our website.
- Can provide substantiated fund requests, ranging from a few thousand euros to more.
- Can/will cooperate in obtaining funds, e.g. for the restoration of the Celtic Garden and the Laarman Garden.
- Is creative, enterprising and sees opportunities where others may not notice them.
- Works to preserve and strengthen the Hortus Haren.
