Job tasks and duties
Together with an existing team, we maintain the Chinese Garden called "The Hidden Kingdom of Ming." This garden is one of three Chinese gardens in Europe. The garden was designed entirely by a Chinese urban landscape architect and built almost entirely by hand by Chinese professionals using only Chinese materials.
Job skills and qualities
The employee:
- Is willing and able to work on Wednesdays to keep the garden in perfect condition.
- Is willing to take responsibility for a section of the garden and create something beautiful there together with others.
- Is eager to contribute to the preservation and enhancement of Hortus Haren.
