De Dilgt is an attractive and lively residential care location in green and rural surroundings with a complete range of care. In addition to a residential care centre, there are a number of residential towers with care and rental flats on the grounds. In the residential towers there are care flats for residents with light to more intensive care needs and rental flats for residents with a home care indication for personal care or nursing.

Job tasks and duties
Every Wednesday afternoon from 14:30 to 15:30, we go out together with residents of the residential towers of ZINN location De Dilgt.
You walk together with fellow volunteers, care workers and residents in the green surroundings of De Dilgt. You offer companionship, attention and contribute to a pleasant and meaningful afternoon for the residents. Your presence really makes a difference. After a refreshing walk in the open air, we return with big smiles. "The most beautiful thing about my work is the gratitude of the residents," says volunteer Gea. "Beautiful moments to share together!"
Job skills and qualities
- You are people-oriented and sociable, with an eye for the needs of older people
- You have an affinity with the target group (elderly people with e.g. dementia or somatic disorders)
- You are committed, patient and respectful
- You enjoy working with other volunteers and professionals
