Our resident loves painting, being creative, and art. She has several paintings of her own and enjoys talking about them. She also enjoys coloring mandalas and taking walks. Staying active is important to her.
Job tasks and duties
- You'll visit an active, caring woman approximately once a week.
- Together, you'll take a walk, enjoy a cup of tea, and/or do something creative.
- This woman recently moved to the ward for young people with dementia.
Job skills and qualities
- Sociable, you can make (good) contact.
- You enjoy being creative.
- You enjoy taking (short) walks.
- You are patient.
- Some knowledge of dementia can be helpful, but is certainly not required.
