Job tasks and duties
- Website management
- Maintain and update the website with current information, news and activities.
- Controlling the user-friendliness and clarity of the website.
- Eventually liaise with hosting party or technical support.
- Member administration
- Enter, update and check membership data
- Maintaining registrations, cancellations and mutations.
- Providing membership lists and overviews for board and coaching staff.
- Microsoft Office 365 management
- Maintaining shared mailboxes and document storage.
- Helping set up accounts and permissions for volunteer/board members.
- Providing an orderly digital working environment.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with membership administration or willingness to learn.
- Accurate administration and financial processing.
- Basic knowledge of website management (CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar).
- Good communication skills and an affinity for volunteer work.
- You are reliable and meticulous.
- You can work independently, but also coordinate well with the board.
- You are flexible and willing to commit for a longer period.
