Job tasks and duties
What do you do as a volunteer?
- Enjoy coffee or tea together and chat.
- Help with meals.
- Participate in or supervise activities.
- Take a walk with a guest.
- Help maintain a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
What can you expect?
- There are 3 shifts per day, each lasting 4 hours:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM - The Respite House operates 7 days a week.
- You will always work with two volunteers per shift.
- You can always consult with a professional colleague, confident that you can work together.
- No experience is required – you will receive proper training and guidance.
- Easy accessibility: ample free parking and good public transport connections.
- Training and peer supervision to share experiences.
- Enjoyable volunteer opportunities.
- Travel allowance and volunteer allowance are provided.
