Job tasks and duties
What do you do as a volunteer?
- Drinking coffee or tea together and chatting.
- Lend a hand with meals
- Company or assist with activities
- Taking a walk with a guest.
- Helping to keep the atmosphere warm and relaxed.
What can you expect?
- There are 3 shifts per day of 4 hours:
- 09:00 - 13:00
- 13:00 - 17:00
- 17.00 - 21.00
- The Respite House runs 7 days a week.
- You will always work with 2 volunteers per shift.
- You can always consult with a professional colleague, confident that you can do it together.
- Experience is not required - you will be well trained and supervised.
- Good accessibility: plenty of free parking and a good public transport connection.
- Training and peer review to share experiences.
- Jolly volunteer moments.
- Travel allowance and volunteer allowance.
