We drive door-to-door in the neighborhood with electric cars, ensuring that residents can actively participate in their community again. This includes grocery shopping, visiting friends, and even going independently to the doctor, physiotherapy, hospital, and/or day care.
As a confidential counselor, you are the first point of contact for inappropriate behavior. Your knowledge, experience, and expertise will guide follow-up actions.
Job tasks and duties
You'll be the point of contact for both internal employees/volunteers and clients who wish to anonymously report or discuss a transgressive incident.
Based on your experience and expertise, follow-up steps will be implemented.
Minimum education level: hbo/wo
Job skills and qualities
- You are able to present yourself and the topic of social safety and sexual harassment to target groups.
- You can have a confidential conversation with the complainant, the accused, or an organization.
- You are able to reflect.
- You can handle confidentiality and resistance.
- You can manage the emotions of the reporter, the accused, the victim, and the community.
- You are able to cooperate in implementing policy.
- You know which procedures to follow in the event of an (imminent) incident.
- You have sufficient knowledge of the procedural steps involved in filing a complaint.
- You are familiar with the social context regarding inappropriate behavior.
- You are familiar with the individual and group processes involved in inappropriate behavior.
- You are familiar with the internal organizational structure and culture.
