As a volunteer board member of the (On)Gestoord Foundation, you'll be part of the board and volunteer team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the Policy Plan, as well as its professionalization.
The (On)Gestoord Foundation is committed to supporting (young) adults with mental health challenges. We hold a drop-in afternoon on Wednesdays, and through activities, we aim to make (self-)stigma transparent and a topic for discussion. Together with volunteers, we create an (online) platform where you can make a difference, develop your skills, and where your opinion matters. As a board member, you'll be the driving force behind our organization, ensuring our mission and vision are fully realized.
Job tasks and duties
Your responsibilities include:
- To get a good overview, it's recommended that you host the (Un)Disturbed afternoon on Wednesday afternoons.
- Participate in the bi-weekly team/board meetings.
- Conduct team activities.
- Develop the 2027 policy plan for applying for funding and subsidies.
- Communicate with the website editors regarding content/agenda postings.

Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
What we're looking for:
- Someone with good communication skills.
- Someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
- A student/adult.
- At least one year of availability.
- Has an affinity for our target group.
