The Flying Helpman Foundation is looking for a secretary to help our pioneering club of doers, thinkers and dreamers informatively stay in the air! We are an ANBI registered foundation, with this we are recognised as being of general benefit to society.

Job tasks and duties
- Keep the foundation up-to-date according to statutes, board plan and house rules
- Maintain clear and transparent records
- Noting meetings and coordinating information flows
- Liaise with members, partners, media and content creators
- Prepare annual reports with president and treasurer
- Signalling opportunities for communication and visibility
- Help organise the annual partner meeting and when participating in external events
Minimum education level: hbo/wo
Job skills and qualities
An enthusiastic doer (perhaps with a love of technology, aviation, Groningen history or social enterprise).
You like clarity, connection and communication. Perhaps you are creative or technically inclined (Lego fan? maker? writer?), or want to put your experience in journalism or social work to good use.

Extra information
We are building, literally, the future by making the past fly: the Helpman 1, a 1911 Groningen plane that once really took to the skies. Our goal? To have this historic aircraft take off again and, in doing so, inspire people, connect them and make them proud of our Groningen inventiveness. In doing so, we want to show what Groningers can do when they join forces: connect, inspire and make an impact.
