The Volunteers & Friends UMCG Foundation was established in 1989 and, with the dedication of more than 300 volunteers, provides that little bit extra at the UMCG. In addition to establishing and maintaining volunteer work, the foundation supports various welfare projects within the UMCG through fundraising and events that reflect the foundation's overall mission.
