Will you help build the neighbourhood festival of De Hoogte & Korrewegwijk?
The Hartwork Festival is a festive opening of the renovated Floresplein and Floresstraat. During this festival, together with residents, we will also open the poles route from the schools to playground DIB and unveil a new mural.
It will be an afternoon and evening full of music, a neighbourhood bazaar with residents, children's activities, good food and encounters. As a volunteer, you will be at the centre of the neighbourhood's energy and help to make it a warm, atmospheric and well-organised party.
You will not only make an event possible, you will contribute to connection in the neighbourhood.
Job tasks and duties
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers for various roles:
- 🍻 Hospitality: helping serve drinks (including beer tapping)
- 🔨 Set-up and take-down: helping with set-up, dressing and clearing up afterwards
- 🎨 Decoration & atmosphere: thinking along and helping to decorate the festival in a cosy and inviting way
- 🛍️ Neighbourhood bazaar support: helping residents set up their stalls
- 🍲 Volunteer catering: supporting in handing out/providing the (already prepared) food for volunteers
- 🎈 Children's activities: supervise the bouncy castle or help with children's activities
- You can sign up for a specific task or for part of the day. Together we will see what suits you.

Extra information
The Hartwerk Festival will take place on Saturday 28 March at Floresplein/street.
Your commitment can be by mutual agreement (for example, part of the day). As a volunteer, we will of course provide food, drinks and a friendly atmosphere.
