Job tasks and duties
Weekly, Street Pastorate the Open Court takes to the streets in the evening to distribute bread, coffee and tea to people who have no home or permanent residence. You grease boards, make coffee and tea. And you go out - preferably twice a month - together with another volunteer with the bread bicycle. Afterwards, you clean up together.
Job skills and qualities
This work you do together. You help people off the streets, and you are happy to be there for your fellow volunteers. And they for you too! You are confident and know where your limits lie. You are sociable and like to be practical. You have an ear for a chat with people on the street.
