We are the De GroenVerbinders Foundation. We help residents - especially residents with a tight budget - in and around the house in the city of Groningen with all kinds of large and small jobs. Consider laminate flooring for residents, painting indoor or outdoor spaces and, for example, hanging lamps. In short: a lot of variety!

Job tasks and duties
Jobs come to us through various channels. We look at what is needed for each job; how many people, what tools and so also what the price will be. Sometimes we have to visit residents in advance, but sometimes that is not necessary. We often go to a job with several people, which is really fun! What should you think about?
- Laying laminate
- Building flower boxes
- Making hedgehog houses and birdhouses
- Small repairs in and around the house
- Painting and simple carpentry jobs
- And many other options
Minimum education level: basisschool
Job skills and qualities
- You are motivated
- You have experience with odd jobs or have technical insight
- You can work independently (although you often work in groups, which is nice)
- You like to mean something to someone else
- You don't need an official degree — practical skills are more important than papers

At the De GroenVerbinders Foundation you will join a friendly team and you will almost never work alone. We offer a social, meaningful working environment with a volunteer allowance and a catered lunch.
