You will go on (home) visits to meet new participants of the Volunteers & Dementia project
You will meet new volunteers together with the project coordinator
You ensure a good match between volunteers and participants, and you introduce the new volunteer to the participant in question
You support and guide your linked volunteers. After the connection you are their contact person from Humanitas
You help organize theme meetings and think about PR work

Minimum education level: mbo

You have an affinity with dementia & you are interested in working with people
Good accessibility
You like to work together
You have an open attitude and are flexible
You are available for two half-days a week.
You want to commit to this project for a longer period of time
You speak Dutch well and function at MBO/HBO level
Working with the computer is no problem for you
You are willing to follow the training for new Volunteer Coordinators. This consists of 3 half days

You will have time to master the coordination work, in the first period you will be guided and supported by your fellow coordinators
Support from the project coordinator of Volunteers & Dementia and the Humanitas association
Appropriate training & meetings
Third party insurance
Meaningful work, a good feeling and appreciation that cannot be expressed in money
A friendly and small team of volunteer coordinators, we meet once a month for consultation and to exchange experiences
