Job tasks and duties
At Alétho, participants work on their IT skills, but some would also like to learn other skills, such as playing the guitar. There is a guitar at the location that can be used for this.
Job skills and qualities
Affinity with the target group (often people with autism) is important. The participants are normally to highly gifted.
