At the Information Square of the Forum Library you can get help with basic skills, but also with daily themes such as work, finances, housing, health, education and meaning. Do you have a social heart and do you have administrative skills? We are looking for someone who wants to represent link050 at one or more Information Squares of the Forum Libraries.
- You will receive a good training period at our location on Herestraat.
- After your training period, you will work in a dynamic environment at an Information Square. At the Information Square you meet with several social organizations.
- You are part of the link050 family.
- There is room for your own input.
- You expand your network.
We as link050 are currently already present at the Information Square in Selwerd.
There are more locations where the squares will be located, for example Lewenborg and the Wijert.
When there are several enthusiastic volunteers, the desire is to be present at all locations.
Job tasks and duties
At the Information Square you ensure that visitors feel seen and heard. People can come to you for information and support in the field of volunteer work, citizen initiatives, participation processes, and creating great initiatives.
- You inform and advise visitors who have questions about volunteer work and participation.
- Using the vacancy bank, you help people find a suitable volunteer position or refer them.
- You are the face of link050 and can always consult with your colleagues.
- In addition to your presence at an Information Square, there is also a meeting once every 3 months at the location on Herestraat.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
- You have good social skills and easily get in touch with people.
- You enjoy receiving customers and being a point of contact.
- You can work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
- You can quickly pick up things and absorb information.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
- You have good computer skills (including the Office Package) and are not afraid to make calls.
