The Forum Library's Information Square is the place to go for help with basic skills, as well as everyday topics such as work, finance, housing, health, parenting and meaning. Do you have a social heart and administrative skills? We are looking for someone to represent link050 at one or more of the Forum Libraries' Information Plazas.
- You will have a good induction period at our location on Herestraat.
- After your induction period, you will come to work in a dynamic environment at an Information Square. At the Information Square, you will sit together with several social welfare organisations.
- You will be part of the link050 family.
- There is room for your own input.
- You expand your network.
At the moment, we as link050 are already present at the Information Square in Selwerd.
There are more locations where the squares are going to come, for example Lewenborg and the Wijert.
When there are several enthusiastic volunteers, the desire is to be present at all locations.
Job tasks and duties
At the Information Square, you make sure visitors feel seen and heard. People can come to you for information and support on volunteering, civic initiatives, participation processes, and the creation of great initiatives.

- You inform and advise visitors who have questions about volunteering and participation.
- Using the job bank, you help people find a suitable volunteer spot or refer them on.
- You are the face of link050 and can always consult with your colleagues.
- In addition to your presence at an Information Square, there is also a consultation once every 3 months at the location on Herestraat.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
- You have good social skills and easily interact with people.
- You enjoy receiving customers and being a point of contact.
- You can work well independently and cooperate with colleagues.
- You can pick up things quickly and absorb information.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
- You have good computer skills (including the Office Package) and are not afraid to make phone calls.
