Going outside with a lady in a wheelchair

For a lady (51 years old) who has aphasia and is still learning to use a speech computer, we are looking for a sociable buddy who would like to go out with her. She cannot speak in whole sentences because she has aphasia. She is in a wheelchair because she is partially paralysed. She would like to walk together (Ms in the wheelchair) and have a cup of coffee somewhere. She was described by her referrer as a fun, kind woman with a sense of humour.
