We run an incredibly sociable eatery three days a week, attracting massive crowds of local residents. The public is largely made up of regular visiting guests and you notice that in the interaction. The food is delicious and at the end of the evening you eat together with the team.
Job tasks and duties
The operations are as follows:
- Process the reservations.
- Welcoming guests.
- Be the link between the kitchen and service.
- Noting drinks per table.
- Pay off the orders.
- Noting new reservations.
- Close the POS system (administrative)
Job skills and qualities
We are looking for someone who is hospitable, works hard, is sociable, can keep an overview and can be a guiding factor at the evening. For this, some experience with a cash register system or with hospitality is quite essential. At the end of the evening, closing the cash register system is also an important part of the job, so experience with that is already a plus!
Extra information
The shifts are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 3pm - 10pm (allowing for possible walk-outs).
Because of illness of our current bar leader, this is not a permanent position. We do expect it to be a position at least until the winter of 2026.
