You will work under the supervision of a welfare officer, together with staff member you will receive a group of about 12 residents.
Job tasks and duties
Serving coffee/tea/drinks and a snack, during Friday afternoon drinks. There is a changing programme of activities such as exercise, painting, drinks afternoon, bingo, creative and musical activities. There is opportunity for a friendly chat. One-to-one contact with residents. There is space to take walks with residents or run errands together.
Job skills and qualities
For this target group, it is important that you have a good command of the Dutch language.
That you are patient and can offer a listening ear.
That you enjoy caring for others.
