Every Tuesday evening from 2 June until the end of October, we walk for an hour with several volunteers and language learners. In this way, the language learners practice their speaking skills in a relaxed way.

Job tasks and duties
For our language walk on Tuesday evenings, we are looking for enthusiastic group leaders who want to both contribute to a warm welcome for our participants and lead the walk in the right direction.
You are never alone as a volunteer, there are always several volunteers walking along.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You lead a group of participants (language learners and language volunteers) and ensure a nice atmosphere during the walk .
- You welcome new participants and put them at ease
- You stimulate conversations and encourage everyone to join in
- You keep an eye on the time and ensure an enjoyable conclusion
WHEN AND WHERE:
- Tuesday evening, start 19:30 (walk-in from 19:15), end 20:45
- Starting point: outside at Humanitas, Akerkhof 22 zz
- Walk distance: 4-5 kilometres
HOW RARELY:
As a volunteer, you will walk at least once every fortnight.
(Apart from your holidays and any illness.)
Job skills and qualities
We like it if you are curious about others and a good listener. A little flexibility is nice.
