You can gain work experience in the position of Catering Assistant at the restaurant of Hortus Botanicus in Haren. In this restaurant, visitors can enjoy a snack or drink while visiting the Hortus. The restaurant is managed in cooperation with Cosis, where people with disabilities assist with serving. We are looking for an assistant host or hostess in the restaurant to assist with all common tasks.
Job tasks and duties
You will help with all common tasks, such as:
- Receiving visitors.
- Helping with common catering tasks.
- Serve coffee or a sandwiches.
- Operate the cash register.
- Cleaning, tidying up and/or helping in the dishwashing kitchen.
- Keep the restaurant tidy and clean.

- You enjoy working with people.
- You are a go-getter.
- You are honest, reliable and have a neat appearance.
Extra information
You are available for a minimum of 16 hours a week.
