Job tasks and duties
At Alétho, participants work on their IT skills, but they also want to do other things, such as being outdoors and walking, combined with the challenge of geocaching.
Job skills and qualities
- Affinity with the target group (people with autism or a psychological disability) is important. The participants are normal to gifted.
- Own car (and driving license) is required.
- A Declaration of Conduct is required. This will be reimbursed by Alétho.
Extra information
Participants are present from Monday to Friday. Working hours within these days are negotiable. It takes a small part of the day (approximately 2.5 hours). Two half-days is also possible, then two groups are started.
