Job tasks and duties
As a board member, you and the other board members are responsible for the direction and operation of the foundation/cooperative. The tasks will be divided by mutual agreement, depending on interest and experience.
Possible activities:
- Considering the strategy and development of Lewenborg Energy
- Administrative tasks such as meetings and decision-making
- Representing the organisation towards partners and stakeholders
- Initiating and supervising sustainable projects
- Support working groups and volunteers
- (Co-)organising meetings and communication towards residents
- Monitoring finances and/or subsidies (depending on role)
The time investment is on average several hours per week, with peaks around projects or meetings.
Job skills and qualities
We are looking for people who recognise themselves in (part of) the following profile:
- Affection with sustainability and energy
- Involvement in Lewenborg or the local community
- A willingness to collaborate and take responsibility
- Communicative skills and able to connect different interests
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Administrative experience is a plus, but not necessary
