Job tasks and duties
The Hamrikheem is home to elderly people with (long-term) psychiatric disabilities. It is a residential facility where elderly people live protected and as independently as possible.
Some introduction: hello, my name is Angelika Knust and I am looking for a buddy. I am 72 years old, I am of German origin but I have lived in the Netherlands/Groningen since 1977 and therefore speak the Dutch language well.
What am I looking for in a buddy:
Preferably, I am looking for someone middle-aged who wants to do something with me by bus about once a week. Like going to the centre of Groningen or to the petting zoo in the Stadspark or -when I can- going for a walk. I also enjoy having a cup of coffee or tea together. I am very much in mourning because of the death of my husband. And I am looking for someone I can tell my story to and who can take the time to listen to me and be there for me.
