Job tasks and duties
In the De Wachter Mill Museum we have about 10 steam engines. The operation and maintenance is done by volunteers. The training can be done by your own (older) colleagues. This can be supplemented with an official crash course.
Minimum education level: lbo/mavo/vmbo

Technical insight A little bit of knowledge about engines is useful.

De Wachter employs approximately 160 volunteers in various areas.
