Neighbourhood management staff

The work of the neighbourhood conciërge focuses on a liveable neighbourhood that is clean, whole and safe.

• You are the link between residents and agencies.
• You are the point of contact for neighbourhood residents and environmental management.
• You monitor firebreaks, porches and basements.
• You report technical faults and irregularities.
• You speak to residents when they do something that is prohibited.
• You clean up litter and replace broken lights in the firebreaks.
• You make reports and consult with the housing corporations on these matters.
• For the elderly, you do chores in and around the house.
• You participate in various consultations and neighbourhood activities such as Spring Cry and neighbourhood days.
• You do other work that benefits residents and the living environment.

• You have a social and service-oriented attitude.
• You have good communication skills.
• You have an active working attitude.
• You are physically able to perform the work.
• You can work both independently and in a team.
