Job tasks and duties
As an Entree employee, you are part of the WIJ team in a district of Groningen. You inform, advise and support the residents with their questions about, for example, housing, welfare, care and finances. You offer a listening ear and are open to ideas and initiatives from residents. In an initial conversation, you try to clarify the question and look for possibilities together with the resident. You are handy with the computer (searching, registering, emailing) and can answer the phone if necessary.
Job skills and qualities
- You have some life experience and it is an advantage if you bring knowledge and experience from similar work.
- You are handy with the computer (searching, registering, emailing) and can answer the phone.
- You have good social and communication skills.
- You are proficient in Dutch (oral and written).
- You have some knowledge of legislation and regulations, social provisions and the social map.
- You are interested in current developments in the neighbourhood.
- You can inform, give advice and offer support.
- You can put yourself in the shoes of the neighbourhood resident and you have an open attitude.
Extra information
A VOG (Certificate of Conduct) is part of the procedure.
