Leader Women 1 / Women 2

HFC’15 VR1 and VR2 are looking for a leader for their team with immediate effect. After several attempts to solve tasks internally, it is now really time to bring in extra help. A leader's main aim is to support the trainer and relieve him or her of work by taking work off his or her hands.
Below are some general tasks, in consultation with the trainer this can be adapted.
Tasks:

• contact person for the players of the team regarding non-football technical matters.
• Coordinating the dressing rooms both at home and away matches.
• Coordinating transport for away matches.
• Representative reception before the match of the opponent's coaching staff.
• Receiving the referee before the match and ensuring that the match ball and flags are handed over to the referee.
• Filling out the digital match forms correctly.
• Having sufficient knowledge of the rules of the game to act as linesman if necessary.
• To encourage and ensure that players behave correctly with regard to their own coaching staff, fellow players, opponents, referees and the public in word and gesture, and to reprimand players and take measures if necessary.
• In order to perform his duties well, the leader must communicate and cooperate well with the trainer and keep himself informed of what is going on among the players.
